Not every product on our website is available for pickup.

Many of our bulk landscape materials can be picked up directly from our Landscape Center, but some specialty products are Delivery Only.

Each product page clearly indicates whether that item is available for:

Step 3: We’ll Load Your Vehicle

Our staff uses front-end loaders to safely load every order. Before loading, we’ll verify your vehicle’s payload capacity and cannot knowingly overload any vehicle.

Step 4: Finish Your Project

Head home with the materials you need and get your project underway.

Pickup Information

Summer Pickup Hours

April 1 – October 31

Monday-Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am-1:00pm

Sunday: Closed

No appointment required.

Simply stop by during our regular business hours.

Winter Pickup Hours

November 1 – March 31

Bulk material pickup is available by appointment only and depends on:

• Weather Conditions
• Product Availability

Please contact us in advance to schedule your pickup.

What To Bring

To help us load your order safely, please bring:

• An open-bed pickup truck or trailer
• A vehicle capable of safely carrying the desired load
• Tarps and tie-down straps are recommended

Our staff will verify your vehicles payload capacity before loading and cannot knowingly overload any vehicle.

Good To know

• $30 minimum pickup charge per trip
• All bulk materials are loaded by Rock N Yard staff
• Self-loading is not available
• No appointment required during summer pickup hours
• Pickup during winter is by appointment only

Do I need an appointment?

April 1 – October 31

No appointment is necessary. Simply arrive during business hours.

November 1 – March 31

Pickup is appointment only and depends on weather conditions and product availability.

Do you load my truck?

Yes. Every pickup order is loaded by our staff using our equipment.

Can I shovel my own material?

No. For safety and efficiency, all bulk materials are loaded by Rock N Yard employees.

How much material can my truck carry?

We’ll verify your vehicles payload capacity before loading and cannot knowingly overload any vehicle.

If your project requires more material than your vehicle can safely carry, we’ll gladly discuss delivery options.

Is there a minimum purchase?

Yes. Bulk pickup orders have a $30 minimum charge per trip.

What if I don’t know how much material I need?

No problem. Our team can help estimate the quantity based on your project dimensions.

Can I make multiple trips to avoid the minimum?

The $30 minimum applies to each pickup trip. Orders are loaded and completed individually, so unused balances cannot be carried over to future pickups.

Are all products available for pickup?

No.

While many of our landscape materials are available for pickup, some products are Delivery Only due to supplier restrictions, handling requirements, or inventory availability.
