Bandido Cobble – 1.5″

1 cubic yard is equal to approximately 1.25 tons

Bandido Cobble – 1.5″ is a washed, multicolored landscape rock with a rustic blend of gray, charcoal, cream, tan, gold, rust and muted red tones. The varied colors make it easy to pair with many home exteriors, plants and other landscape materials.

This material is sold as a 1.5-inch-minus product. Most pieces measure approximately 1 to 1.5 inches, with a limited amount of smaller rock. The pieces have mixed natural shapes, including some fractured faces, but the material is not fully fractured like a typical crushed gravel.

Where to Use Bandido Cobble

Bandido Cobble works well anywhere you want a medium-size decorative rock with more color and texture than a single-color gravel. Its mix of shapes and earth tones creates a natural appearance in both traditional and water-wise landscapes.

• Landscape and flower beds
• Park strips and low-water landscapes
• Dry creek beds and drainage features
• Around ponds and water features
• Borders and accent areas
• Areas where the discontinued 1.5-inch Cowboy Cobble was previously used

We recommend installing Bandido Cobble at least 3 inches deep for adequate coverage. Because it is not a fully fractured material designed to lock together, we do not recommend it for driveways, parking areas or other surfaces that regularly carry vehicles.

Washed Natural Landscape Rock

Bandido Cobble is washed during production. However, some dirt, dust or fine material may remain. The amount can vary with the weather, the time of year and conditions at the quarry. Rain or rinsing after installation will help reveal the rock’s natural colors.

As with all natural stone, the exact color, shape and size distribution can vary between loads. The photos show the general appearance of the material, but we recommend viewing current inventory in person when an exact color match is important.
