The 1″ minus construction gravel serves as a great base material. Some of our favorite uses for this gravel are:
- Base material under asphalt or concrete pads
- Base for retaining walls
- Back fill
**Please note that this is an unwashed gravel and is more dirty than other gravels which is what makes it ideal for base materials. It can also contain some recycled debris and some organic material such as plant matter. Please see pictures.
