This dark colored 1/2″ pathway chat is an excellent product for the use of creating beautiful pathways in your back yard and garden areas. Chat is a product that compacts down tight and is the perfect size to walk on comfortably. It also helps with weed control! It can be used as a permanent weed barrier or on its own. It is a finely crushed rock that provides drainage but will also allow for leveling and also be used in between flagstone and pavers.
Side Notes:
**When this material is delivered, the finely crushed rock makes it appear powdery. This is normal for this product. After the product is placed, compacted and wet down, the finer material compacts down and the bigger rock stays on top. Please account for losing 1/2″ every 2″ placed with compaction. We don’t want you to be short!
